Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. Field24 is completely free to sign up and use. You only pay when a job is completed and approved — and only technicians pay the 15% platform fee.
Are there limits on how many jobs I can post?
No limits. Post as many work orders as you need — home users, SMBs, and enterprises all get unlimited job posting.
When does the buyer pay?
Payment is held in escrow when the job is posted. Funds are only released to the technician once the buyer approves the completed work.
What happens if there's a dispute?
Field24's dispute resolution team reviews the proof-of-work photos and GPS check-in data and resolves the case fairly within 48 hours. Funds stay in escrow until resolved.
Do enterprises get custom pricing?
